What is EagleScope?
EagleScope is an AI-powered medical research platform that processes thousands of newly published papers every week and delivers personalized research updates filtered by your clinical and scientific interests. We are currently focused on orthopedic surgery across 9 subspecialties, with more specialties coming soon.
How much does EagleScope cost?
EagleScope is free to download and use. A premium subscription is available for $4.99/month, which unlocks unlimited audio briefings, the Research Assistant, advanced library features, and priority access to new capabilities.
How do I subscribe to Premium?
Open the app, go to your Profile tab, and tap "Upgrade to Premium." On the iOS app, payment is processed through Apple In-App Purchase. On the web, payment is processed through Stripe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS (Apple): Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select EagleScope → Cancel Subscription. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Web (Stripe): Go to your Profile page on eaglescope.ai and select "Manage Subscription," or email us at support@eaglescope.ai.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you subscribed on iOS and your premium status isn't showing, go to Profile → tap "Restore Purchases." This will re-validate your subscription with Apple. If the issue persists, email us at support@eaglescope.ai.
How do I request a refund?
iOS purchases: Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Web purchases: Contact us at support@eaglescope.ai and we will assist you.
How do I connect my ORCID profile?
During onboarding or from the Network tab, you can connect your ORCID identifier. This allows EagleScope to build your co-author network and show you what your collaborators are publishing.
What subspecialties do you cover?
We currently cover 9 orthopedic subspecialties: Foot & Ankle, Spine, Hip & Knee, Sports Medicine, Shoulder & Elbow, Hand & Wrist, Trauma, Pediatric Ortho, and Tumor. Cardiology, neurology, and additional specialties are coming soon.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile tab in the app, or by emailing support@eaglescope.ai. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Is EagleScope a medical device or does it provide medical advice?
No. EagleScope is an informational tool that summarizes published academic literature. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. It does not replace professional clinical judgment.

Subscription Details
- EagleScope Premium is available for $4.99/month.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions).
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are managed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
